Ultipro has been a part of the Swagelok Company since 2004. We currently are using Core HR/Benefits, e-recruitment, Open Enrollment, Payroll. The positive side of Ultipro as the HRIS Analyst it is very user friendly and time saving when it comes to configuration and the use for the employee level. We recently rolled out .NET Open Enrollment for 2014 and had minimal issues with the product. We found it to be time saving on the HRIS end and also very embraced on the employee side.
- Support - Always very prompt and helpful
- Missing Functionality - Validation of dependents age while using the Open Enrollment Tool
- Missing Functionality - When denying a workflow it would be helpful to be able to send it back to the user for correction not a complete restart.
Oracle and SAP shops - Both of those softwares have more guts to the system than Ultipro but are often more complex to configure and maintain.
