HRIS, Analysis, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits.
Pros
- Business Intelligence is great for reporting.
- HRIS system is user friendly for the most part
- Easy for employees to go in and make changes to their personal information
Cons
- Modules have obviously been forced on and there are many issues as a result. For instance, with ATS, and the time management system.
- For the most part it work well but there are many glitches.
- For the most part I this there is a good ROI.
I would say it is good but not the best.
