UltiPro core is a strong base for employee data
The BI reporting tool has a lot of capability
User groups are growing and offering support

Cons

The recruitment module is limited and difficult to use - does not provide resume parsing, searching and automatic connection to networking resources
Certain functions can only be performed by UltiPro staff and can be limiting and costly to get accomplished.

Return on Investment

UltiPro houses our core employee data; although portions are limited
BI offers good reporting options
