- UltiPro core is a strong base for employee data
- The BI reporting tool has a lot of capability
- User groups are growing and offering support
- The recruitment module is limited and difficult to use - does not provide resume parsing, searching and automatic connection to networking resources
- Certain functions can only be performed by UltiPro staff and can be limiting and costly to get accomplished.
- UltiPro houses our core employee data; although portions are limited
- BI offers good reporting options
