Currently we use the product for payroll processing only. We are getting ready to implement payment services for US & Canada starting Oct 1st and removing Ceridian out of the equation. We would like to use Ultimate across the organization however using for HR, On boarding etc, those decisions are made by another department.
- If we have an issue with a custom or process the minute we pick up the phone the Customer Service and the relationship and partnership we have is out of this world to help fix the issue. We know we can not find this with any other vendor.
- Security. We were told by our IT department that out of all the vendors they work with to ensure Adobe's information is safe and secure while accessing and transferring data, Ultimate to their standards is rated one of the best they have seen.
- Reports. I am responsible for the BI reporting from payroll. Since we have implemented it has been full speed ahead and I seem to never have time to really learn the BI product. Our support for BI helped me fix and create some simple reports that I was having issues with and always took the time to show me hands on.
- Upgrades: Better management around particular companies customs and if they break and or need to be upgraded to be on top of that instead of it coming up when it breaks or does not work.
- BI: Recently we requested help with a report and were told to create a service request. The report was pretty standard as far as the data we wanted out of the system, however not having allot of experience with BI needed a little hand holding for a few fields we needed. We were provided a quote of $2500 to create the report. For reports that are requested needing basic data from the system there has to be a way to get help with this as our management will not approve $2500 for what we feel is basic data. This was a recent request so will be discussing while at Connections, however it would be nice to have more support for the simpler reports to help customers like me that are tyring to learn the BI but have not had time to learn the more advanced options.
- Ultipro has saved us a huge amount of time processing our payroll as well as our stock files. With our previous vendor (ADP) it would take days to process a stock payroll and now we process a stock payroll with in minutes.
- Interfacing and imports and exports have saved a huge amount of time. We are currently working with Ultimate as well setting up UDES which will only further the save ROI. We wished we would have set this up when implemented but we are working on this project now and are very excited when it is completed with all our vendors and internal.
Customer Service is key to us. All systems and products have their issues, bugs etc, but we feel that there is not a system or provider out there that will offer the customer service and relationship offered by Ultimate.
Customer service. Everything we need and our road map of where we are going is in line with Ultimate. We would not give up the relationship we have built and the customer service we continue to get over the 6 years.
