- Performance Management - once you get the workflow down if it very easy to use by employees and managers
- Salary budgeting and planning - it is very easy to do annual reviews
- Open Enrollment - it is easy for employees and for benefits
- Spell check in open enrollment
- System can be slow
- Direct report should move to a new manager in mass
- Need greater sense of urgency for escalated tickets
- If AM makes changes should be documented
- Increased employee efficiency
- Greater employee involvement
- Better communication
