HR, Payroll, and Benefits are using Ultipro. Employees are using Ultipro to view check stubs, w-2, and benefit information.
- Customer service
- Utilizing social media
- Helping solve customer issues
- Helping the person responsible for implementing UltiPro to know how to set up a team within his/her organization. This was not done in our situation and many people in the field were not consulted as to what they needed UltiPro to be able to do
- Due to the way that it was implemented in our organization ROI is extremely low! Now that the end users are finally learning the capabilities I anticipate a positive trend.
