Overall Satisfaction

We currently use the recruiting module. We are employee and manager self service and we use benefits. We use it across the entire organization. This allows us to manage HR as opposed to just paying people.
  • Reporting - we like using BI and being able to create our own reports is very important
  • Customer service is good. Everyone tries to resolve our issues to the best of their abilities.
  • Willing to listen to criticism. While Ulti may not implement all of our suggestions, they have no problem listening to all of our thoughts.
  • We are finding there are still some areas in back office not yet represented in web (example: the case number field is only in back office). It is hard to commit solely to web when the capabilities are not all there.
  • It seems sometimes the product upgrades are pushed out without thorough enough buggy testing.
  • I would love more ability to contact the techs that are working on future product changes to make sure they are aware of the issues in the field. It feel sometimes our message gets lost before it gets where it is needed.
  • We definitely have increased employee efficiency
  • We are still trying to figure out to make sure we get everything we are paying for and all of the benefit of changing.
I did not select Ulti.
If it was my choice I would renew. We are just starting to see all of the benefits.
What is the sales rep promising that cannot be delivered. We have found this time and again.
