Core for all employee data, recruitment, time management and we are in the beginning stages of review process for hourly employees, tested on salary only currently.
Every employee is using UltiPro to view their data, including payroll and requesting PTO.
In reference to UTM, the manual process of paperwork for each employee has been eliminated, even though most of our hourly employees do not have a lot of computer knowledge, UltiPro does make the process easy for them.

- Tracking PTO, FMLA and other misc. payroll items
- Recruitment, the process is very simple for both the candidate and HR staff. The hiring process is also much easier and insure the errors are minimal.
- In UTM when attempting to create a report, the process appears to be very simple but we often see a lot of delays.
- Case viewing. At times there will be no contact for a day or so and in order to obtain any updates, we need to call or update the notes to request an update asap.
- Since a lot of our hourly employees do not have a lot of computer knowledge, it can be difficult for them to work through the UTM process, but this is improving.
- The process of recruiting has cleaned up 10 fold.
There is no comparison between our old hr system and UltiPro, I know our employees are very happy to have access to their information.
