Overall Satisfaction

We use Ultipro as our main HRIS system. It is not used by our recruiting area, but it is the main source for payroll processing.

Pros

  • We can process all of our companies together without having to open separate payrolls

Cons

  • UTM is not designed for the complexity of our company
  • There needs to be an advanced report writer, one that doesn't require knowledge of BI
  • Our turnaround time for processing is much faster now
I wasn't involved in the selection process. I have used other systems, they all have their advantages and disadvantages, you just need to find what is good for your company.
That decision really isn't up to me, I'm just assuming that we are planning to renew.
I think companies that are small and in just a few states would probably love UltiPro.
