Overall Satisfaction

We use the product for both our corporate payroll and for all of our PEO clients and users.
  • Timeclose interfaces
  • Web self-service
  • Manager self-service
  • PEO features are lagging well behind core functions
  • Web-based billing functions for PEO users
  • Professional Services contracting is way beyond what should be the norm. We should not have to wait months for projects to come to the table for discussion.
  • Smoother payroll processing times
  • Faster and smoother client conversions
Darwin, Lawson, Peoplesoft
PEO options are limited, plus we have been on the platform for 12+ years. Don't want to upset client use with a change.
