We use UltiPro for Payroll Processing, Benefits Management, employee/manager self service, time & attendance.
- Tax Compliance. All legislative and tax updates are handled timely
- Payroll calculations
- Not much training when implementing a new module. When we implemented Time & Attendance it was new to us but we were expected to train our new users. It would have been nice to have training included.
- Payment Services. There have been times when their withdrawals from our bank account without being notified of the amount
- Sometimes it seems that the Support group do not talk to one another. When they call back on a ticket sometimes I am on the phone for over an hour only to have the ticket escalated to another Tier.
- The employee/manager self-service website has been very beneficial
We have had two new ERM's in the last year. I don't feel like they understand our culture and our needs. Also, the user interface is very important to our users. They want simple, easy to use features when they login. I think UltiPRo needs to improve the user interface.
The core HR/Payroll module is very good. We have had a few issues with UTA integration.
