Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across the organization. It helps with reporting and time management.

Pros

  • In Recruitment - very easy to track candidates.
  • Ease of use in finding information.
  • Ability to create user defined fields.

Cons

  • Difficult to implement onboarding with only 3 sessions
  • Ability to customize onboarding more.
  • adp,1010data,Paychex Accounting Online
Better functionality and more modules.
Start with one or two modules and get them fully implemented before implementing other modules.
