Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is currently being utilized by all employees in the organization. We first started with payroll in phase one; phase two was recruiting and now we are in phase three for performance management.
Pros
- Performance management - having a central distribution for all performance management throughout the organization.
Cons
- Many areas of payroll need improving.
- The recruiting function needs more features and it seems very limited at the time.
- Alerting employees when supervisors make journal entries to an employee goals, competencies, etc....
