Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is currently being utilized by all employees in the organization. We first started with payroll in phase one; phase two was recruiting and now we are in phase three for performance management.
  • Performance management - having a central distribution for all performance management throughout the organization.
  • Many areas of payroll need improving.
  • The recruiting function needs more features and it seems very limited at the time.
  • Alerting employees when supervisors make journal entries to an employee goals, competencies, etc....
Since we are in both US and Canada we needed to make sure that for the most part we could integrate the systems.
