Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

At Liaison Technologies, UltiPro is currently the end-to-end solution for all of our human resources needs for our global workforce. UltiPro gives our employees a human resources "one-stop shop," reducing confusion, and it gives our administrators a streamlined, holistic solution for the entire employee lifecycle.

Pros

  • UltiPro provides a 100% cloud solution, saving our company headcount for system maintenance and disaster recovery.
  • UltiPro’s Business Intelligence module gives us the ability to look at Human Capital data in real time in a way we’ve never had before. Our leadership team is going crazy for predictive analytics!
  • UltiPro provided awesome support to get us up and running, and has always been there when we need them as we’ve grown. The team assigned to us along with the rapid response team feels like an extension of our own staff – that’s a huge plus for a small HR department!

Cons

  • Some of the older modules aren't aesthetically pleasing, but we've seen a sleeker design with each update making things more and more user friendly and intuitive!
Page flips move quickly in UltiPro both on the desktop and mobile site with many fully responsive pages. The only reason this isn't worthy of 10 out of 10 points is that some modules only work in Chrome and some only work in Internet Explorer.
We've only had one outage in the year that we've been with UltiPro and the rapid response team had us back up within 20 minutes.
Overall, UltiPro offers a holistic solution that can be activated quickly and easily with little previous technology experience. The team at UltiPro is absolutely top-notch and helped us through every step of the process. The way that they partner with us on an ongoing basis makes UltiPro a fantastic solution that we'll continue to recommend for years to come.
