Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Our company uses UltiPro across the whole organization. It helps our employees to view their pay stubs, submit PTO, view benefits and is a one stop shop for all their needs. I use the recruitment gateway for recruiting, posting jobs etc and run reports when necessary to help create solutions.

Pros

  • UltiPro is one place that houses all our information for our company.
  • User friendly.
  • Ultimate Software website has multiple trainings to help the user when facing issues.

Cons

  • Be able to have a back button when viewing the requisition instead of having to go all the way to the home page of recruitment.
  • Instead of having people create modifications/customs, there are customs that would be beneficial as a standard feature.
  • Timing out is a horrible issue and the system has problems refreshing from it when you have to close out of the tab and open UP again.

Evaluating UltiPro and Competitors

I've used Taleo previously as an ATS system. I liked Taleo more in the sense where it was specifically for ATS, whereas recruitment gateway feels like it's just an add-on and was not really built for ATS.

UltiPro Training

I absolutely love UltiPro trainings!! They might go above in beyond in detail but it definitely will help people who may not be as tech savy.

UltiPro Support

My solution always get resolved but the turnaround time can be slightly delayed.
