Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Ultipro is being used across our company. It is our main database for all employee information. It is used to onboard new hires, keeps track of documents, pay, job titles, etc. It helps us with our email set up and keeping track of current and past employees. It helps us with our organization.
- It has great employee profiles. Keeps dates, pay, titles all in order. This is a strength because organization is key when it comes to large companies and important information.
- Very easy to look up current and past employees and get information. This is a strength when it comes to employee verification which is what I do often.
- It is simple to add an employee profile and on the back end it generates a ticket for our IT department so they can set up their equipment. This is a plus because it's less work.
- I think that when it comes to employee profiles you should be able to convert a temporary employee profile to a regular employee with a click of a button.
- Maybe on business home pages have better organization instead of a bunch of information bunched all together.
- Lately when adding employee profiles it has been glichy and made me redo an employee profile multiple times. So having bugs fixed before doing a update or anything like that.
