Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Overall support has been good, I have noticed recently some gaps in communication and cases being closed without consulting me.
UltiPro is used across the whole company for all current and past employees to track their employment information, benefits, and personnel files. It is also being implemented for recruiting, benefits elections, and soon we will be using it for for time-keeping/payroll. It is a centralized and easy ( for the most part) interface for employees and managers to access and change information. It is also particularly helpful with its reporting piece and has excellent service to provide customization and special changes.
  • Customer Service - very accessible, quick turnaround, patient and understanding.
  • Client Education on HR industry and product - workshops, webinars, and constantly updating with the field and laws.
  • Universal interface across modules.
  • Easier [reporting].
  • Online training
Only because I trained for everything then was thrown into the software. Had I known more about the organization and worked along with the software, training could've been more meaningful.
Employee profiles are great! We tried out the time keeping however and that was a mess.
