Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Tuscon Federal Credit Union uses UltiPro for our time/benefit management needs as well as our recruitment module.
  • Very easy to use!
  • The resources available when I have a question or need to be shown a new process are amazing! The team is quick and helpful.
  • They are very open to my ideas for future implementation when there is not something I need available.
  • BI reports could be easier to access and create.
We would like a one-stop shop for all of our needs and are working towards that.
We had ADP and wanted to try something that offered more of a comprehensive package.
It's a great tool for time management and recruiting. They are very helpful and are willing to offer alternatives if they do not offer exactly what I am looking for.
