Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used for our whole organization. We use UltiPro for HRIS, Payroll, Time Management, ATS, Performance Management, Compensation Management and more. UltiPro addresses so many of our business problems from compensation planning and administration to time management. We also use UltiPro's time clocks. Our employees are now able to clock in via the mobile app or time clocks. Having the mobile app really helps us to get our employee's into the system.
- UltiPro's biggest strength is their customer service. They go above and beyond in this respect. The best part is, you don't have to be on hold while you are waiting for your question or concern to be addressed. You put in a case via UltiPro's website and a representative will reach out to you to assist you with your issue.
- UltiPro is also very up to date on all of the newest technology. It seems they are always thinking and planning ahead and are great about communicating changes and updates well in advance so users know what to expect and how to get ready for the updates.
- UltiPro is a single sign-on system, so the process flow from one area to the other is never a problem. Information from UltiPro Core flows into Payroll and Time Management nicely.
- File feeds to vendors can be difficult to set up and troublesome from time to time.
- It is a bit pricey compared to some other software.
- Historical data can be difficult to pull from the system.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
We love the single sign-on feel of UltiPro. Performance Management ties into compensation planning which can tie into career development and succession planning. Rather than having many systems to sign into, UltiPro truly does it all. The ATS flows seamlessly into the HRIS system and it is user-friendly to candidates, applicants, and employees.
The systems are very similar, however, the customer service once again is above and beyond what we received from ADP. You never feel ignored and if you don't understand something there are many ways to receive training and/or help. The technology is similar, but the communication from UltiPro is far better.
