Overall Satisfaction with UpKeep Maintenance Management

We were looking for a better alternative to school duties, and UpKeep met our specific needs when we separated our maintenance department from the school's general maintenance. It is flexible, easy to use, and has all the features we were looking for. We tested other systems, but UpKeep was by far the best product at the best price and had the best customer service.

  • Parts and supply inventory management.
  • Time and cost tracking.
  • Ease of use.
  • Basic reporting should be available at the starter level.
  • Ability to active and inactive equipment on the mobile platform.
  • Helps me as a tech better manage and prioritize my time.
