Overall Satisfaction with UpLead

I use UpLead to find key contacts at companies all over the world. Usually, I am looking for particular job titles or job types that can be paths to future business for us. Typically, I know the name of the company or its URL, but need to find technical, marketing, or C-Level individuals.

Pros

  • Global - I use it frequently for searching companies all over the world.
  • Very useful search functionality by various parameters.
  • Fast, fast, and speedy. Everything about UpLead is quick.

Cons

  • More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
  • Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
  • Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.
  • Tremendous savings in time to identify prospects.
  • We go to fewer trade shows now. This is a tangible economic benefit.
  • We have acquired many new customers and business partners as a direct result of finding key contacts on UpLead.
I can jump on it anytime, anywhere, and quickly get the info that I need. There is virtually no wasted time. The discovery and data harvesting process is virtually on-demand. If UpLead doesn't have the data that I am seeking, it tells me/shows me that right away. Usually, it does have useful data for me from a search, and it allows me to harvest that important info very quickly and easily. That's why I jump onto it so many times, almost every day.
