Overall Satisfaction with Upside Business Travel

I am the primary for travel arrangements within our company. While all employees that travel for business here have access, I am usually the one who books travel for them. I have used it extensively since we joined Upside this February. I enjoy working with their Navigators when it comes to customer service. They outshine all customer service I've ever worked with.
  • Customer Service: Their navigators are simply amazing.
  • Offering rewards for bundling travel with a hotel and/or car rental.
  • Accessing past receipts for travel.
  • I'd like to be able to hold a potential booking -- say for 24 hours -- to allow time for colleagues to review before I book their travel.
  • Sorting by other criteria in the reports page.
  • Sort car rental options by price.
  • I would say we've had an extremely positive ROI. As far as I know, we pay no extra fees to use the site, but we have found the site, mobile app, and customer service to be outstanding.
I was not a part of the change process, but I am quite happy using Upside over Concur. We were charged just to speak with an agent, and there wasn't an option to communicate online. I love having the chat option with Upside. I do miss the ability to put travel plans on hold to allow colleagues the opportunity to review it before I book, but the pros of Upside far outweigh the cons.
With a bit of practice, I have found Upside to be very user friendly. I do wish they would give a bit more warning when they make changes to the website, or if it will be down for the day. A few weeks ago, it was down with no warning or explanation.
