Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft
VanillaSoft is used as a management tool for prospective students. It addresses any "lags" in new leads, meaning it automatically populates the next lead for each admissions person. We also utilize text messaging, along with appointments to help organize the leads. They are automatically put into recirculation as needed.

Our old software, CampusVue, while was well suited for what it does, it was not user-friendly, did not populate new leads and the interface was extremely outdated. VanillaSoft has a windows type interface and has many options that CampusVue does not. CampusVue is better for the registrar and accounting side of things, while VannillaSoft is perfect for admissions.
