Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft
VanillaSoft is being used only in our B2B calling efforts. When we switched to VanillaSoft, we get more insights into how everyone's performing, we were able to reach out to a lot more prospects compared to previous CRM, and it increased our deliverables. The on-boarding of new users is very easy. The default page for callers is not hard to navigate, you can easily make 300 calls or even more within an eight-hour shift.

- The "Run Query" button should not require double clicks.

I don't think that there's a perfect CRM. There may be some that I evaluated before that are less expensive but VanillaSoft is close to what we need at the moment.
