Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have multiple locations across our company and PrinterLogic makes it easy for end users to quickly add a printer to their device without admin intervention. The plugin in is also easy to update and does not interrupt the end user while they are using their computer during working hours.

Usability

The interface is easy for end users to navigate. One feature that has helped is that if end users are unable to navigate the interface without issues we can always send them a direct link to install the printer and it's drivers. That is why I would give Vasion Print this rating.

Print Management Impact

We were able to remove our print server saving us cost and time on upkeep of the server as well as the accessibility of the server. Vasion Print allowed for us to easily deploy printers in the field with out admin intervention. It also let's us see when field printers are offline for extended periods of time.
