Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Different departments hold different significance in an organization, and managing the finances of these departments becomes a tedious task without decentralization. Decentralizing the financial solutions as well with different department heads has made everything so subtle and streamlined. In this use case, Vena has come to be a great use case, as instead of using its solutions in a concentrated area, we decentralized its solutions within different department heads, and the rest is just history. The accessibility to our C-Level executives has been made easier thanks to Vena Solutions.
Pros
- Automated budgeting, forecasting, and DCF
- Excel integration to handle the power of AI in execution
- Detailed analysis of all reports and statements, with sufficient management
- Customized regulatory compliance as per the location
- Workflow streamlining
Cons
- Though powered with AI, there is room for customization in operating with various backend data fields
- A fast call to action for new users, like offering a free trial version rather than a demo. This would be useful for users already familiar with financial tools
- Proper training and learning portals
- Surely improving efficiency in the financial processes would be one of its impact
- In terms of time, we were able to reduce our workforce in the previous financial management and save an average of 3-4 hours
- Increased regulatory compliance has made our processes transparent and thus being recognized as startup friendly by the state government
Having a good community and customer support throughout our use case of Vena has leveraged us with better outcomes. At times when we would face issue in accounting we would go through the community first to experience if any other related user faced similar issues like us, and almost every time we would find someone with a similar query that of us, along with a solution attached below. So yes, Vena has done a great job in maintaining a curated, and active community and support for its every user.
Yes surely Vena has made our organization make decisions more rapidly and in a dynamic manner as well, this has been possible due to its IT backed solutions that revolves around automation and integrations which helps us curate our reporting, decisions etc based on tested facts and not historical bisaness.
In comparison to its competitors what has helped Vena stack up against them is its wide range of solutions in specific. Having a curated group of solutions, powered with IT-backed automation, integration with 365 and compliance with the latest trends and legal formulations is what Vena has focused its workforce, efforts, and outcomes around, thus resulting in its upper-hand on competitors. Also, other platforms like Workday have complexed the financial processes rather than simplifying them, and Zoho Books has limited its financial management solutions around few and thus could not compete with the wide range of diversified features of Vena.
