Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena Solutions was initially bought as solely a budgeting tool in the finance department. While it is still only used within the finance department it has evolved to be used for so much more. All of our financial reporting has been moved there and we have utilized it for anything where we need to bring data in and produce reports. It is so flexible that we continually find more uses for it.
  • It is extremely flexible.
  • You can utilize existing spreadsheets and bring them to the next level with Vena.
  • We have a lot of data and it can handle it all with ease and no down time.
  • I don't enjoy the user interface.
  • The search function is not great.
  • Rolling over a budget could be improved.
  • File structure (finding them, copying and pasting) is not great.
  • Budget is now done on time...priceless
I think Vena Solutions is well suited for any scenario where data is involved. We are a mid-sized company and I can see the value for it for any industry and companies big or small. We have only a few users so we can't speak to how it works for a lot of users but works great for 10-15 users.
