Overall Satisfaction with Visual Website Optimizer

Currently VWO is being used on a case by case basis.

Pros

  • Its very easy to use.
  • It was quick to get up and running.
  • It gave a winner very quickly!

Cons

  • There's a new version enroute, but I'm yet to receive access, even though I've been requesting it online and spoken to a VWO representative.
  • It looks likes the new version will address this, but currently it feels like there's alot of detail/advanced features that could be hidden.
  • The language on the old version of the site is sometimes not that clear.
  • I was able to increase a clients conversion rate by over 100%, generating an increase in leads for the client.
I looked at Optimizely, but decided to go with VWO, based on the fact that Conversion Rate Experts had used the product.
If it were up to me, yes I would renew. However it is down to my boss! Price is probably going to be the biggest hindrance of renewal. Secondly, would be a lack of customer education about the benefits (which I understand is our job, however sometimes Brits are slow to change!).
It seems like this would work well in all situations, based on my limited experience.
