Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

All tech with access to the WatchGuard portal are required to have MFA enabled for their account. The MFA client used is AuthPoint. This allows us to secure our account. We are also starting to use this to secure our remote access through VPN and Terminal servers. The platform is very easy to set up and use.

This is 100% cloud-based. With a single pane of glass you are able to access and manage AuthPoint. This eliminates the need for infrastructure to deploy this solution.
Yes. Using the QR code to setup AuthPoint is very easy to understand and use.

If you use WatchGuard as a Firewall and security appliance, using this is a no-brainer. It seamlessly integrates with remote access and is simple to deploy. Support is great if you have any issues with deployment or post deployment. Their response time is great, and they are always willing to help out.
