Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

We use WatchGuard as our main security checkpoint to keep our clients' data safe. Our users understand the importance of security, and using WatchGuard alleviates a lot of pressure and stress. It allows our users to sign in to their computers from anywhere and continue to keep the data safe. It is simple to use and understand and makes it easy to navigate for all user levels.

I prefer WatchGuard because it is consistent. I have really never had a problem with the product, and that is something to truly appreciate about it. You can tell there was thought and passion that went into creating the product.
We were cloud-based before we implemented WatchGuard, so it made the most sense for us to add another product that is cloud-based. The simplicity of the set-up and go makes life very easy. Troubleshooting is easy as well. There are not too many places to look if something isn't working correctly.
Absolutely. We are unable to access our computers without WatchGuard, which forces compliance. However, we also have a great group of people who understand the security factor that comes with using WatchGuard and they also understand, if we weren't using WatchGuard we would have another similar software in place. Security is our number one priority for our clients and staff.
As an end-user, not having to change a password every 30-90 days is incredibly helpful. Changing passwords is actually stressful to me in this digital age because we are forced to keep track of all these different passwords. Not having to do that with WatchGuard is another great benefit.

It is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the different ways you can log in. It makes it easy for a basic user to understand and troubleshoot if necessary. Furthermore, it is great that push notifications can come upon an Apple Watch, which makes it convenient in case you are not near your phone. I also like the ability to accept the push from the home screen of my phone without having to go into the app. Places I think it may be less appropriate is when you start getting multiple accounts associated with it. I think it could get a little clustered and a little more difficult to navigate.
