Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
The product allowed us to verify our users where ever they are located. It is not reliant on internet connectivity which means we can be truly flexible while maintaining security.
- Authentication on the go
- Cloud portal for management
- less clicks to get to the portal
- Sometimes the troubleshooting is not the most obvious, more logs or errors
This was on-prem only and so logging in from outside the organization required exposing the IIS server to the internet.
Quick deployment without adding load to our on-premise servers
It is so easy that users forget how to use the one-time code alternative when no internet access is available!
Allowed security while maintaining a memorable password.
