Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

Hi, we use the Watchguard AuthPoint to secure the SSL VPN access to the company. We are very happy with AuthPoint. It is very convenient to use via the smartphone app. The introduction is simple and does not require extensive training for employees, which is a big pro. We also have WatchGuard hardware tokens in use for employees who do not have a company cell phone. They do a good job too. Other applications can also be secured with AuthPoint this is an advantage to other solutions on the market. The web portal is clear and intuitive to use, I like it a lot. I can recommend it to everyone who is looking for a solution to implement more security with multifactor
  • easy implementation
  • works stably
  • clear web portal for administration
  • The only thing that I would improve is, if you expand the number of users, that it should be possible to receive an adapted offer for the current term.
  • it secures our VPN access
  • it is easy to use and does not require any training
