Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
WatchGuard AuthPoint is a simple product that allows the user to access from remote to their documents and resources in the office. WatchGuard AuthPoint is more secure and easy to use. It is a Multifactor Authenticator and it can be implemented with a smartphone or hardware token so if an office worker has only a personal phone and he does not know what to use to install an AuthPoint software token, you can decide to provide it to him a hardware token.

- In my experience, it take little time for manage users and resources.

We use WatchGuard AuthPoint for access to the WatchGuard partner portal with MFA and it works fine.
We are technicians and so for us, the access method is easy. In my opinion, end users are easy too because today is normal to have installed almost one authenticator on own smartphone for internet banking access. WatchGuard AuthPoint has the same simplicity.
The first question is that users can have a weak password which happens often, but with MFA this problem is passed so the company security increases exponentially,
