Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We use it as a means for users to connect to the city network to access files and folders. It's a broad user scope; 75% of users have a form of VPN of some sort.

Fortigate has a very well-refined and functional SD-WAN solution when it comes to load balancing for normal Internet Traffic.
Yes we use the WatchGuard Cloud dashboard for managing users and other functionality.
The only issue I see is when users don't connect to the network in certain time frames and have to get a net configuration or a new certificate.
We have it in functionality and have users connected securely.
