Helps organizations enhance their security by requiring users to provide multiple forms of verification before accessing sensitive systems and data. Businesses typically use a VPN to give remote employees access to internal applications and data, or to create a single shared network between multiple office locations. Multi-factor authentication systems, adding an extra layer of security by requiring users to verify their identities through multiple methods. Can be configured to allow access only to specific resources based on user roles and permissions, ensuring that employees can only access the data and applications they need for their work.
Ease of management using the website. Higher adoption for multi factor authentication application downloads on end user devices. Help ensure that data remains within specific geographic boundaries, which is often a requirement for compliance with data protection laws. Ideal for employees working from home or other remote locations. They provide secure access to the company’s internal network, ensuring that sensitive data is protected even when accessed from outside the office. Can sometimes slow down internet speeds due to the encryption process. Should alert end users when they are trying to use VPN while on local network.
