Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

We use WatchGuard at about 10 sites in our organization. The product allows to easily manage VPN's between sites. It also allows us to manage traffic via WebBlocker and other features. We have found the products to be very reliable as well as cost effective. I've also used the product in the past as an independent consultant with clients in multiple industries.

I have worked with Dell in the past. I currently work with PC Connection. I have been satisfied with the services of both.
I find the tools in WatchGuard System Manager intuitive and easy to work with.
Up to this point we have deployed VPN's manually. I would like to see better communication and training for the SDWAN capabilities.
I am satisfied with the current license model. I think being able to chose the individual security modules may result in cost savings for our organization. With the advent of Office 365 and other hosted Exchange services, modules like Spam Filter are not needed.
I prefer WatchGuard over Cisco due to the ease of deployment and integrated security features. I consider Cisco to be as reliable as WatchGuard. WatchGuard can be deployed much more rapidly than Cisco. WatchGuard is a much better value overall.
I have found WatchGuard to be one of the best values in the industry. The selection of models has allowed deployment to offices and facilities of all sizes. The security features are invaluable for managing threats across multiple attack vectors. The VPN configuration tools provided are user-friendly and highly secure.
