Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
WatchGuard Network Security is used organization-wide for approximately 200 users. Also using the Mobile User VPN and APT Blocker functionality. Utilizing the Dimension reports help use identify trends and user use behavior patterns.

- Great back end portal.
- Great support.
- Better API capabilities to Solar Winds Managed Services.
- WatchGuard offerings align nicely to our business and compliments our product and services catalog.
- It would be nicer to have higher margins on the renewals.
- Love the Red for Red Trade Up options. Keeps us and WatchGuard relevant with our clients over the years.
