Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use the WatchGuard Firewall and other services to protect our remote workforce. The cloud-based access and management make offsite management and monitoring very easy. We have used support several times for various issues and it is always knowledgeable and fast to respond with valid solutions. The cost is value-driven for both support and maintenance.

We have worked with TSM Consulting for over 20 years and have implemented multiple WatchGuard firewalls with their assistance and various locations. We have been extremely happy with the support and knowledge they possess on the WatchGuard suite of products.
The way the product is packaged with a suite of products has greatly decreased the time necessary to manage and renew the various products.
Easier to manage and costwise is cheaper.
