Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

have used Panda Security software since January of 2000. I have been an IT
security professional since 1993 and since switching myself and all of my clients
to Panda Security, not a single one has had a security incident in all those
years. When WatchGuard Technologies acquired Panda, I was expecting the
worst but happily that has not been the case. WatchGuard has thoroughly embraced
Panda Securities' incomparable products with only the slightest changes—for the
better—and combined them with their own venerable security products to create a
suite of endpoint and network security products that I, personally, know to be
better than anything else available. I use Systems Management as my RMM to remotely monitor/manage all of my clients' devices and networks. And my
network and all of my clients’ networks are protected by Adaptive Defense 360,
which provides unprecedented visibility, detection, response, and prevention in
a zero-trust platform with awesome threat hunting, Since 2000, I have single-handedly
managed between five and 60 simultaneous clients’ infrastructure, software, and
in-house IT staffs, and there is absolutely no way that I could have done that
without the incredible automation and total protection provided by Systems
Management and Adaptive Defense 360. Now that I have the ability to add
WatchGuard’s world-class devices and services, such as Firebox appliances,
cloud, and/or virtual firewalls, DNSWatch, and WatchGuard Cloud Visibility Data
Retention, I can continue to protect my own company and all my client companies
with total security on a single, tightly integrated platform and take that
protection to an enhanced level without increasing complexity in any way. Without this suite of products, I would need to hire
at least two or three full-time IT employees. So, for me, it is not so much a
case of great ROI as it is the ability to be profitable as a sole proprietor in a highly competitive market.

- I am a sole proprietor and 95% of the time I work alone remotely managing clients' infrastructure, software, and sometimes their on-site IT staff. It would be impossible for me to have done this for the last 22 years without heavy reliance on Panda Security's and now WatchGuard Technologies' complete protection, simplicity, and automation. Without this unparalleled technology, I would absolutely need to hire at least two full-time IT employees and that would cause me to lose my competitive pricing advantage.
I am now a WatchGuard security partner, transitioning in from being a Panda Security partner since 2000. I worked directly with my partner rep for purchase but handled all implementation myself without issues.
When you are a sole proprietor remotely managing between 5 and 60 simultaneous client networks, every ounce of simplification and automation is of extreme benefit.
