Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
WatchGuard Network Security is the primary firewall and network security appliance for our company's network. WatchGuard has always provided helpful and reliable support.
- Real time analytics
- Intuitive GUI
- Simple updating procedure
- Stands out in an equipment room
- This is honestly a tough question.
- Your products are great.
- Maybe they could be less expensive on the subscription side.
- When we acquired WatchGuard, it was a more cost-effective solution than the alternatives
- The licensing model that we have made us agile enough to handle the pandemic without another major investment.
- Identifying network concerns before they become a larger issue
I first bought a WatchGuard 9 years ago. I don't remember exactly how that went down, but I'm still using them. So there's that! Recently we bought a second one to handle our in-house PCoIP needs separately from our primary firewall. I worked with Group Access who set up a call
We're a company that likes to keep as much of its infrastructure local physically to the company, as much as possible. We're also a small company with a small tech team and WatchGuard gives us all the tools we need to do what we do. We have simple needs and WatchGuard has simple solutions.
- Ubiquiti WLAN, Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000), Arista 7000 series and NVIDIA Spectrum Switches
WatchGuard security is decent. It responds to WAN and LAN threats well. It gives us the information we need to solve issues. It gives us the tools to set up operational requirements that we have.
