Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
WatchGuard Network Security is an excellent option for SMB in need of a router firewall. Very easy to use and support. The VPN is simply to deploy and maintain. When an issue does arise support is always very helpful. Cloud and local device management is simple and intuitive. Integrates nicely with third party MFA solutions like Cisco DUO. We plan to sell and deploy more of this product going forward for out SMB customers.

We worked with with a team to find the exact SKU we wanted to buy. They located it for us and were able to place the order as well. We were very happy with the sales support that they provided to us. Going forward we do plan to do most of the work ourselves though now that we better understand the SKU and what they entail.
we like to use the visualizations on the web interface. gives us a nice insight into the current activity on the network whenever it is needed.
outside of using cloud management for a device we deployed we havent utilized any other WatchGuard Network Security products yet.
- Cisco 1000 Series Aggregation Services Routers (ASR 1000)
we have used cisco firepower 1000 network firewall. we have found that it was a very complicated products with no real advantages. we have since stopped selling those to promote WatchGuard Network Security in its place. configuration on the Cisco was horribly complex and a lot more work than it was worth. WatchGuard Network Security was simple to set up with all the same abilities.
