Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a Cisco Gold Partner specialized in Cisco Collab Products, we are using Webex App in the whole organisation. It's our main tool for calling (PSTN) Messaging and Meeting. We use it on our laptops, mobile phone and of course our Cisco video devices. It brings fast and efficient communication internally and externally. The goal internally at least is to reduce the number of emails. It helps us to communicate way more efficiently.

Go to Market - At least in Germany, the public marketing (TV, Radio, Newspapers) effort feels pretty low compared to Zoom and MSFT.
The difference between Webex Space Meetings and Webex Meetings confuses users and needs to be solved
On PC/MAC you can live with just the Webex App. On mobile you still need the Webex Meetings App

Got rid of extra software eg. Jabber, Meetings Desktop app less apps to manage for it

Support Rating

If you buy Webex you can raise tickets - this can be done via email, phone, or a ticket portal. You can then choose to hold further communication via the Webex app chat which speeds up everything by a lot.
Localized support, other than English is pretty limited, sometimes is needed to raise cases more than once to get proper support.

Usability

At least for me its the perfect tool for my daily communication need, you millage may vary.
I only need to have on app open to make phone call, chatting with my team and schedule and held meetings.
Its easy to use as its share a lot similarity's with tool people already use like Whats app, Messenger etc.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's really good for internal communications and it fulfills the purpose of a messaging, calling, and a meeting client for us. If you want long-term communication [tool] with externals outside of a classic meeting it's really useful too. We use it a lot for projects with customers and partners. I would not recommend using it for just one-time events, because people have to signup for a (free) account to use it.
