Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use the Webex App on a daily basis for all of our collaboration requirements. It allows us to quickly schedule or start impromptu meetings and keep all of our projects organized. It also allows us to collaborate remotely, by sharing screens, using whiteboards, working on documents simultaneously, and using the messaging function to allow asynchronous communication.
- Having the ability to create team spaces and group our spaces by theme
- Keeping both asynchronous and synchronous conversation going in the same space
- Keeping everything that is shared under tabs in the same space, so it is quick to find
- I would like to be able to group my spaces in categories I defined, instead of "favourites" and others only
- Improved remote collaboration
I find Microsoft Teams quite confusing, specially the guest concept when you are added to a different organization as an external partner.
