Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex is actually great more adapt for many use cases compared to other competitors like zoom or even Google Meet. It provides inherently many features like polls and questionnaire which were used frequently by my college professors back in college. Also college institution used zoom or even Google Meet or teams but professors themselves chose webex due to its many functionalities. But related to to these are also its issues I.e. it's not every platform friendly and could improve the UI and engagement. At my current job again due to the ease of things webex is not considered first but I still think webex is not far behind.

Pros

  • College presentations.
  • College lectures with polls.
  • Webinars or demo meeting at my job.

Cons

  • Probably more simple interface.
  • Better layout.
  • Better in-chat or file transfer.
  • Better internal management for my team at the office.
  • Better collaboration at the job.
  • Though there are positives there are still ways to go to get full ROI.
Although haven't faced as such difficulties or inconveniences to require support as of now but Webex still has a pretty great support. Webex support gives support on many levels i.e. from training to customer support, also sales demos to current and potential clients. Probably in terms of support Webex is the best out there.

I still think the usability could be improved significantly. From the user interface to the layout there could be better changes. Although there are already many things done just upgrades to made upon them. Considering the cost of the product overall customer will be expecting more from Cisco. Considering so many competitors out there.
As of now college presentations and lectures are pretty neat use cases for cisco webex. Also demos or presentations for/at a job is also a very good use case. As of now meet or informal hang outs doesn't seem that great at the platform but maybe when platform change then maybe in the future.
