Use Cases and Deployment Scope

1- WebEx teams can be integrated with phone services, it is the number 1 used way of making calls in our company 2-Instant messaging 3- Can create spaces for different teams and people and conduct meetings easily on it 4- Integrated with salesforce, notifications are received on it whenever new work arrives 5- can be integrated with office 365.

Pros and Cons

Phone and video calls.
Instant messaging.
Send notifications.
Schedule and hold meetings.

More themes can be considered.
Ability to record voice notes from the desktop application.
Ability to choose custom cover photos.

Return on Investment

Daily operations coordination within the team is done through WebEx.
Used to communicate with everyone within Cisco and customers and partners that have the application.
Meetings are done over WebEx.

Usability

Webex is very effective.

Likelihood to Recommend

The WebEx app is a very good productivity tool, that integrates with a lot of services, like Microsoft office. It is really helpful when you work within an organization with a lot of colleagues you need to connect to and work within teams. Very good for holding training sessions, with the ability to record your sessions. WebEx teams will not run well on older hardware, things like 4 GB of RAM or even 8 GBS of ram will struggle to use the camera on your laptop for example.
