I am an admin for WebEx App as well as a user. It is our primary client for communication within the company for messages, meetings and calling.
- One stop shop for all your messaging, meetings and calling needs
- It paves the way to eliminate the most archaic method of communication using emails
- the most efficient way to collaborate and communicate amongst teams/company.
- WebEx should allow mobile phones with eSIM to be used as a WebEx device seamlessly integrated
- seamless integration of OnPrem and WebEx Cloud as a single redundant hybrid solution. Failure of one or the other would be invisible to the end user for all calling features and services. ZeroImpactSolution
- USB or a device to convert Big Screen TV's into WebEx device for WFH workforce
- we are a more efficient organization with the expedited method of communication
- Customers have earned our trust w/ the level of support we are able to provide with the ability to pulll in resources to address outages to issues customers find critical.
first and only tool have used , more end user focused which makes it easier to use. ...its like handing a 6 year old an iPhone and Droid phone, 9/10 will pick the iPhone...WebEx is the iPhone in the communication market.
