Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex application is an integrated platform in which we can perform online meetings, calls, messaging. During the project discussion and virtual meetings we use WebEx platform. There is not many platforms which has different types of interactive options but webex gives all options such as calls, messages, online meetings. It is very easy to use even a new employee also familiarise with it. With all these features it also supported during low internet broadband.

There are almost 200 employees in our company and almost every employee uses WebEx platform as their main communication media. It used company wide by all type of users.

All of the operating systems supports WebEx platform in their computers and very easy to install.

During our project sessions all employees will discuss the details of project and asks for any advices. But sometimes video meeting will be distributed due to several problems but this WebEx provides also instant messaging service which will also work in low internet coverage. It is easy to switch the meeting mode.
