Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Cisco Jabber is a wonderful way to communicate company wide without phones or disrupting. Perfect when you need an answer while making a sale. It’s user friendly across the board. The original share screen device. It streamlines communications company wide. Remote and in office. Cisco Jabber solved our need for real time answers during a phone call with prospective parents looking into adoption. It helped streamline priorities when adoptive mothers called in. Vital for quick response within a company.

  • This is tough as the software is wonderfully on point.
  • It keeps you organized unlike teams in your chats, more user friendly.

Webex has everything teams has but price point was better. Webex doesn’t have the visual interface like teams. It’s watered down visually. Teams tends to have Microsoft wide issues, resulting in issues frequently. Webex did not have those types of issues in its reviews from users.

Cisco Jabber works well for all companies that communicate. It has its place in the work environment to keep connections while busy at work and to stay connected to a team for assistance. It’s suitable for all types of businesses. Remote workers and in office alike. This is software for communication so all businesses.

Cisco Webex Experience

Our Cisco Webex addition is Webex suite, bringing whiteboard into the collaborative meetings, polling, events, calls. This is perfect for remote work. Adding in Calendly for setting up meetings with outside onto our team calendars. All of these additions increase collaboration and productivity.
The meetings are secure. It is easy to use on the web page or the application. It’s easy to screen share, send docs, screen use for IT issues, syncing calendars, calls of any kind. No additional requirements for security to be established.
The transcript for meetings has helped to revisit trainings, steps, create Sops, share and search items easily within. Noise suppression is so key with remote work and it’s great the level of focus achieved over these video calls.

I do not think so I think it’s just right! Because It’s not limited. It’s definitely not complex. This software is user friendly and affordable and affective. It’s the triple threat.

I can’t give it a ten due to its lack of visuals. But it’s got everything you need and it continues to advance. The add ons and capabilities continue to grow as the software is keeping up with AI
