WebEx is used frequently for official meetings, Webinars, meetings with externals etc. The Webex app caters to a diverse range of users within organization. It is used by executives, managers, employees, remote workers, sales teams, customer support teams, IT departments, and various other personnel across different functions. Webex is used more often for professional meets between high posts managers and executives because of the security it provides.

We use the WebEx App as a spot solution, which means we turn to WebEx only when a customer specifically demand this platform, or when Zoom or Teams is unavailable or fails. This is the story universally/globally as far as our company goes. I do not believe there are any plans to change at this stage.

Webex is used company-wide, its difficult to estimate usage because its used along with other internally approved collaboration & those from our vendors as well. I'd still say Webex is used for large events, needing advanced collaboration and scale.

We use both Cisco Webex App and MSFT Teams as collaboration tools in the company. Even using MSFT Teams, the calling infrastructure that MSFT Teams uses is provided by Cisco Webex App and Webex Calling due to be reliable and robust, good audio and video qualities and the integration of the tools is simple.

We have complete adoption and utilisation. It is used across the organisation (2,500 employees+) , so all employees, regardless of their roles in different departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, Human Resources, Production etc.) are expected to use it. We also use Microsoft Teams and in some case Google Meet. Webex has been a trusted and dependable application and that's why we are happy to continue our association with it.

We roughly have about 150 users out of 750, but a lot of our users are in the shop turning wrenches and working on heavy machinery so not always on a computer or phone in hand. A lot of the office staff utilize it. I try more and more every day to get more people to use it.

Webex App was used by 3 departments and about 100 people in total. We are looking at expanding this outward to include other departments and focus on a company-wide rollout. It's worked well for all 3 departments which is why we are looking to add more users to the platform.

The tool is widely adopted, being used across the whole company, with some users with more activity than others, mainly those that have to work with teams in other countries or locations, but overall with a high uptake given the hybrid working model that has been adopted for years now.

Cisco Webex App has been easily adoted by the user, the interface is pretty simple and very easy to use despite regular changes due to new versions. Today, the majority of Sales, Pre sales and technical guys are using Webex Teams. We will encourage more users to adopt the product, especially for better collaboration.

The application is over the north america company . We both country able to make meeting using cisco webex . We have most of users in management and on our many building location . we install the cisco jabber phone software for people who need to interact with customers . We use to have cell phone for technical support technician .

Its used and fully integrated in my office across all conference rooms and its user base are Company wide, all users, all departments, sales, HR, etc., my company has 10,000+ user base everyone uses WebEx as their primary communicator. It’s highly integrated and well equipped to provide seams less experience

In our company, it started as a "Cisco thing" before 2020, and it exploded during the pandemic, reaching all user levels and every meeting room, becoming a standard for any meeting requirement where a voice call is not enough (we still don't use Webex for voice calls, but is available in the platform with the right carriers and tools).

The solution has been adopted company-wide. It has become the standard for all text and voice communication, along with virtual meetings. Overall, I believe that adoption went quite well. I haven't heard of many complaints and it has now moved into a natural part of daily work life. It helps that it has so many functions all within one app.

This is a company-wide adoption for our hospital system. We have numerous physician and outpatient sites (close to 70) in addition to 2 hospitals. These sites are located in a 44 mile range & many are located on heavily traveled roads. Meeting in person is difficult & Webex has allowed us to easily meet and communicate.

We have this implemented across multiple locations at our company, around 300 users or so total, and it works great to keep in touch with co-workers in other departments and different locations. Makes contacting users for troubleshooting a breeze and has so many beneficial features like screenshare, and meetings to allow instant collaboration.
