Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

It's used across the whole organization, and it's used for customer meetings as well as internal reviews.

Pros

  • Ability to share is very simple and not complicated like in some other apps.
  • Support for local voice bridges as well as VoIP.
  • I don't need to admit [anyone], people outside the organization can join [a] meeting if they have the link.

Cons

  • Recording is sometimes confusing and takes time to find, [there] should be an easy access button.
  • Replying to conversation threads does not show below
  • Keeping track of replies is very confusing to find where they are
  • I just like the ease of use, not sure on ROI.
Document sharing, joint notes and discussions most complex
I found the phone support inbuilt in Webex [App] as well as the ability to select multiple local numbers for different countries.
