Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
It's used across the whole organization, and it's used for customer meetings as well as internal reviews.
Pros
- Ability to share is very simple and not complicated like in some other apps.
- Support for local voice bridges as well as VoIP.
- I don't need to admit [anyone], people outside the organization can join [a] meeting if they have the link.
Cons
- Recording is sometimes confusing and takes time to find, [there] should be an easy access button.
- Replying to conversation threads does not show below
- Keeping track of replies is very confusing to find where they are
- I just like the ease of use, not sure on ROI.

I found the phone support inbuilt in Webex [App] as well as the ability to select multiple local numbers for different countries.
